As a first time home buyer, I was initially overwhelmed by the process and the steps involved. Fortunately for me, I have a friend in the mortgage business who referred me to a broker he loved. It seemed unfortunate that that broker was unfamiliar with the location I was interested in, so I was then referred to Danny. Immediately, we hit it off and I was so grateful the previous contact didn’t work out. Danny was a no-nonsense guy with lots of experience and connections. I felt completely comfortable asking questions (many of which were probably ridiculous) and felt my frequent messages were answered almost immediately. When I was with Danny it seemed like I was his one and only client, although I know he has so many others. He was honest about properties he felt weren’t for me. He reassured me that despite the competitive market and multiple bidding wars I became involved in, I would find the perfect home. He was absolutely right. He says I could’ve done this without him, but he’s wrong. I would never have had such a positive home buying experience with anyone else. He became a friend to not only me, but to my multiple family members who came to view properties with me. I would happily recommend Danny to everyone I know who is looking to buy or sell.

Danny stuck with us through more than a year of searching in a market that created a lot of frustration and disappointment, but he never let us lose hope. He was responsive and positive-minded no matter what.  He quickly grasped what we wanted and needed, maybe even more than we did ourselves, and accurately anticipated properties in which we'd be interested.  As first time homebuyers, he really taught us how to shop for a home, guided us through the search process, and ultimately the new build process, always making sure we were prepared and focused for any meeting or conversation with the seller.  Now we're on our way to building our dream home in our dream location with a fantastic builder, and Danny has been our advocate every step of the (long) way.

Danny listened to everything we were asking for in great detail and never wasted our time. He's helped us buy two homes and sell one and we were thoroughly impressed each time. He goes out of his way to help with anything and is extremely attentive. Home buying or selling is a stressful experience for anyone but Danny makes it go smoothly and you always have the sense that he has your back and is in your corner.
